Effective 2026-07-06. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies DispatchPrep uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It applies to the website at dispatchprep.com, operated by Public Safety Prep LLC (doing business as DispatchPrep).
DispatchPrep uses a small set of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to process your purchase. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that profile individual users.

DispatchPrep does not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracker that builds an advertising profile of you across other sites. PostHog (above) is product analytics — we use it only to understand how the DispatchPrep platform itself is used, never for advertising or for cross-site tracking.
The session token, Stripe checkout cookies, and Turnstile bot-check cookies are strictly necessary — you can't log in, pay, or submit a form without them. PostHog analytics is the one cookie set that isn't strictly necessary; if you enable your browser's Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control, we honor it. If you prefer not to use any cookies at all, you can browse the public marketing pages without signing in.
You can clear cookies set on dispatchprep.com using your browser's standard cookie-management controls. Clearing the session cookie will log you out; your account and progress remain in our database and you can sign back in.
