The guarantee exists to protect you against the platform not being what you expected — content gaps, technical issues you can't resolve, audio quality concerns, or scenarios that don't match the test you're preparing for. If any of those apply within 30 days of purchase, we refund.
The 30-day window is a satisfaction guarantee, not a free trial of the full battery. Refund requests are reviewed in good faith, and we reserve the right to deny refunds where account activity indicates the product was used substantially before the refund was requested — for example, completing the majority of paid audio sessions or running through hundreds of practice questions before requesting a refund. In practice, the overwhelming majority of refund requests are honored quickly; this clause exists to prevent obvious abuse, not to deny legitimate customers.
Refunds are also not issued for "I took the test and I don't need this anymore" — the product worked as intended in that case. The guarantee is about whether DispatchPrep is right for you, not whether you still need prep.
Email support@dispatchprep.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Include the order confirmation email or your Stripe receipt, and a sentence or two about what didn't work for you (this helps us improve, and it's the only "interrogation"). Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
When a refund is issued, your account's paid-access flag is reverted. You can keep your account and the work you've done in free-tier modules; you will no longer have access to the paid modules unless you repurchase.
Bulk access codes purchased by hiring agencies, academies, or training programs follow the terms of the agency agreement, not this consumer-refund policy. Contact agencies@dispatchprep.com with questions specific to a cohort purchase.
